You are advised to read it so you can make an informed decision about whether to invest. # Franklin FTSE Emerging Markets UCITS ETF Class SINGLECLASS • ISIN IE0004I037N4 • A sub -fund of Franklin Templeton ICAV The management company is Franklin Templeton International Services S.à r.l. Objectives and Investment Policy Franklin FTSE Emerging Markets UCITS ETF (the “ Fund ”) investment objective is to provide exposure to large and mid -capitalisation stocks in emerging market countries globally. Investment Policy The Fund invests in equities of companies of medium and large capitalisation in emerging markets that a re included in the benchmark. The Index is a broad free float market -capitalisation weighted index which captures large and mid -sized companies from emerging markets globally. The Index is derived from the FTSE Global Equity Index Series, an index which co vers 98% of the world’s investable market capitalisation. The Fund may use sampling techniques where investing directly in the benchmark components proves inefficient or impossible. Derivatives and techniques The Fund may use derivatives for hedging and ef ficient portfolio management. Strategy The investment manager seeks to minimise the difference between the Fund’s performance and that of the benchmark (tracking error), regardless of whether the benchmark level rises or falls.
