Source: HSBC Asset Management, data as at 31 May 2025 # Investment objective The Fund aims to provide long -term capital growth. # Investment strategy The Fund usually invests a minimum of 90% of net assets in shares (or securities similar to shares) of companies incorporated in US or those that earn the majority of their revenue from US. The Fund may invest in securities similar to shares including American Depositary Receipts, Global Depositary Receipts and Non -Voting Depositary Receipts which are issued by a bank or trust company evidencing ownership of shares of a non -US issuer and are alternatives to directly purchasing the underlying securities. The Fund may invest up to 10% of its assets in other funds, including HSBC funds. The Investment Manager applies quantitative investment process to create a portfolio which focuses on risk premia offered by exposure to factors such as value, quality, momentum, low risk and size. The Fund is an actively managed and has been categorised as an Article 6 fund for the purpose of the SFDR.
