For Accumulating Shares, income will be automatically reinvested in the Fund and reflected in the NAV per share. Investors can buy and sell shares of the Fund on each business day. Business day means a day on which the New York Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange are open for normal business. For more information a bout the investment policy and strategy of the Fund, please refer to the sections entitled “Investment Objective” and “Investment Policy” in the Fund’s Supplement. The investment objective of the Fund is to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, generally to the price and yield performance of the Solactive Global Clean Water Industry v2 Index (the “Index”). The Fund is passivel y managed. The Fund will aim to achieve its investment objective by attempting to track the performance of the Index by investing primarily in a portfolio of equity securities and derivatives that as far as possible and practicable consists of the componen t securities of the Index in similar proportions to their weightings in the Index and in American depositary receipts (“ADRs”) and global depositary receipts (“GDRs”) based on the securities in the Index. The Fund is an ESG Fund and promotes environmental characteristics by focusing on investments in Clean Water Companies through replicating the Index. The Index is designed to provide exposure to companies that have business operations in the provision of clean water. Including but not limited to companie s, whose principal business is water treatment and purification, water storage and transportation and consulting services implementing water efficiencies. To be eligible for the Index, a company must derive at least 50% of its revenues from clean water act ivities. When not possible or practicable to continue to hold all of the component securities of the Index, the Fund may invest in depositary receipts relating either to components securities of the Index or to equity securities of the type referred to ab ove; and financial derivative instruments (“FDIs”), namely, total return “unfunded” OTC swaps and exchange -traded equity futures for investment purposes. Clean Water companies. The lack of diversification across the Fund’s portfolio may increase the losses suffered by the fund if Clean Water Companies as a group were to suffer a downturn. Risks in this sector include but are not limited to, intense competition, short product lifecycles and potentially rapid product obsolescence. Companies in the water utilities industry may face difficulty in obtaining water resources for resale or may be faced with increased regulatio n or operating costs. Social, political and economic developments and laws differ between regions. Changes in t hese may impact the Fund such as any changes that may occur due to the U.K’s withdrawal from the EU (Brexit). Risks associated with the ability to track an index: Transaction costs and other fees and expenses to be borne by the Fund and exchange rate fact ors where the underlying equities are denominated in a different currency to the Base Currency or currency of any Class of Shares are likely to affect the ability of a Fund to track the performance of the Index.
