This Fund is managed by State Street Global Advisors Europe Limited. Share Class: State Street World Small Cap Enhanced Active Equity UCITS ETF (Acc) (ISIN IE000F2IX674) # Objectives and Investment Policy Investment Objective The objective of the Fund is to provide a return in excess of the performance of small cap equities in developed markets globally. The Fund is an actively managed fund. Investment Policy The investment policy of the fund is to outperform the MSCI World Small Cap Index (the "Index") over the medium to long term. As such the performance of the Fund will be measured against the Index. The fund will seek to achieve the objective by using a proprietary active investment strategy. This strategy will apply a quantitative multi-factor stock selection model (an "alpha model") to evaluate the attractiveness of stocks. The alpha model is based on a generation of expected return forecasts for stocks based on a number of factors including quality, value, sentiment and catalyst themes along with expectations of sector and country returns and a dynamic component based on both bottom up and top down, macroeconomic inputs. In line with the Fund's promotion of environmental or social characteristics in accordance with SFDR Article 8 the investment policy will also involve screening out securities based on non-compliance with UNGC Principles (relating to environmental protection, human rights, labour standards, anti-corruption), association with Severe ESG Controversies, controversial weapons, civilian firearms, thermal coal, arctic oil & gas exploration, and oil sands extraction and tobacco. The Index measures the performance of smaller companies from across developed markets globally. Securities in the Fund are weighted by market capitalization and are selected primarily from the constituents of the Index, however the Investment Manager may consider ESG criteria in its investment process. The Fund's return will typically differ from and may under-perform, the return of the Index. The Fund may use financial derivative instruments (that is, financial contracts whose prices are dependent on one or more underlying assets) in order to manage the portfolio efficiently. Shareholders may redeem shares on any UK business day (other than days on which relevant financial markets are closed for business and/or the day preceding any such day provided that a list of such closed market days will be published for the Fund on www.ssga.com); and any other day at the Directors' discretion (acting reasonably) provided Shareholders are notified in advance of any such days. Any income earned by the Fund will be retained and reflected in an increase in the value of the shares. The Shares of the USD Class are issued in U.S. Dollar. For example a fund whose return has experienced significant rises and falls will be in a higher risk category, whereas a fund whose return has experienced less significant rises and falls will be in a lower risk category. The lowest category (i.e., category 1) does not mean that a fund is a risk free investment. As the Fund's risk category has been calculated using historical simulated proxy data, it may not be a reliable indication of the Fund's future risk profile. The Fund's risk category shown is not guaranteed and may change in the future. Why is this Fund in this category? The Fund is in risk category 6 as its return has experienced very high rises and falls historically. The following are material risks relevant to the Fund which are not adequately captured by the risk category. Concentration Risk: When the Fund focuses its investments in a small number of stocks, the financial, economic, business, and other developments affecting that small number of stocks will have a greater effect on the Fund than if it was more diversified. This concentration may also limit the liquidity of the Fund. Investors may buy or sell substantial amounts of the Fund's shares in response to factors affecting or expected to affect the stocks in which the Fund focuses its investments. Management Risk: The Fund is actively managed. The Investment Manager's and/or Sub- Investment Manager's judgments about the attractiveness, relative value, or potential appreciation of a particular sector, security, commodity or investment strategy may prove to be incorrect, and may cause the Fund to incur losses. There can be no assurance that the Investment Manager's investment techniques and decisions will produce the desired results. Smaller Companies Risk: The securities of small-, mid-, and micro-capitalisation companies may be more volatile and trade less frequently and in smaller volumes than the securities of larger companies. These companies may have limited product lines, markets or financial resources, may lack the competitive strength of larger companies, and may depend on a few key employees. In addition, these companies may have little or no track record of success. Screening Risk: There is a risk that the screen provider may make errors, such as incorrect assessment of the screen criteria and/or include incorrect/exclude correct constituents in the screening process or discontinue its screening services. In such circumstances, the Company may change the screen provider although there is no guarantee that a replacement screen provided would result in a similar screening process to that intended or would be available at all. Active Risk: Investment return will not normally match that of the Index. Investment decisions by the Investment Manager and/or Sub-Investment Manager(s) to under or overweight securities in the Index or to vary the Fund's investments from the securities included in the Index, including as to specific securities or as to broader investment sectors, will affect the Fund performance versus that of the Index. In addition, the Fund performance against that of the Index will be affected by Fund expenses, the amount of cash and cash equivalents held in the Portfolio, and the frequency and the timing of purchases and sales of interests in the Portfolio. Liquidity Risk & ETF Liquidity Risk: Lack of a ready market or resale restrictions may limit the Fund's ability to sell a security at an # Key Investor Information advantageous time or price or at all. Illiquid securities may trade at a discount and may affect the ability to meet redemptions on a timely basis. Where the Fund invests in illiquid securities or does not trade in large volumes, the bid offer spreads may widen, the Fund may be exposed to increased valuation risk and reduced ability to trade. Shares in the Fund may also trade at prices materially different to the last available NAV. Please refer to the Prospectus and Supplement for full details about the risks associated with this Fund. # Charges The charges you pay are used to pay the cost of running the Fund, including the costs of marketing and distributing it.
