Where the Manager has identified any income that is deemed to be inconsistent with Shari’ah investment principles, this amount will be segregated from the assets of the Fund and will not be reinvested and instead will be donated to a charity selected by the Manager. This treatment is in line with the approach taken by the Index. The level of non-permissible income received by the Fund will be based on the Index provider’s calculation to ensure consistency with the Index. Neither the Fund, the Manager nor the Investment Manager is responsible for the Index provider’s calculation of the level of non-permissible income. - Net Asset Value: This is calculated daily and the Fund is open for subscriptions and redemptions on each day the United States Federal Reserve System is open. Please refer to the prospectus for further information. - The Index: The Index is designed to reflect the performance of large and mid-cap securities that pass screens for adherence to Shari'ah investment guidelines from both developed and emerging market countries. Performance of the Index does not reflect non-permissible income received from underlying securities. The Index is constructed from the MSCI ACWI Index (the " Parent Index ") by first removing companies that are involved in prohibited business activities according to Shari'ah investment principles. Financial ratio screens are then applied to the remaining eligible securities to ensure compliance with Shari'ah investment principles. Business activity involvement, thresholds and financial ratio screening criteria are defined by the Index provider. Further information in relation to any thresholds and screening criteria can be obtained from the Index provider’s website. The Index employs a float-adjusted market capitalisation weighting scheme of remaining securities. The Index is rebalanced on a quarterly basis. ## Risk and Reward Profile Lower Risk Higher Risk > Typically lower rewards Typically higher rewards 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 - The Share Class is in risk category 6 due to the rises and falls of its price or simulated data in the past. - As the Share Class' risk category has been calculated using historical data, it may not be a reliable indication of the Share Class' future risk profile. - The risk category may change in the future and is not guaranteed. - The lowest category does not mean a risk free investment.
