Managed by HANetf Management Limited (the Manager ) ISIN: IE000OQGOX00 # Objectives and Investment Policy The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve long term capital appreciation, primarily by investing in a portfolio of equities issued by large -capitalisation US companies. The Fund will seek to invest in a portfolio of 20 to 50 equal -weighted securit ies across 5 to 10 themes as described further below. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by active allocation, primarily in US equities. In selecting portfolio securities, the Sub -Investment Manager utilises a top -down fundamental analyses, including qualitative assessments of thematic relevan ce and correlation analysis, followed by a quantitative screening process. The top -down fundamental analyses involve analysing macro themes including demographics, labour supply, monetary and financial conditions, industrial and tech trends, which the Sub -Investment Manager believes will fundamentally impact the US economy and stock market going forward. The Fund is actively managed however, it will use the S&P 500 Index (the Benchmark) for performance comparison purposes. The Fund will not be managed to the Benchmark and may invest in securities not included in the Benchmark. Investment Policy : The Fund employs an active management investment approach in order to achieve its investment objective. Dealing : Shares of the Fund (Shares ) are listed on one or more stock exchanges. Typically, only authorised participants (i.e. brokers) can purchase Shares from or sell Shares back to the Fund. Other investors can purchase and sell Shares on exchange on each day the relevant stock exchange i s open. Distribution polic y: Income received by the Fund’s investments will not be distributed in respect of the shares of this class.
