Invesco Europe Enhanced Equity UCITS ETF (the "Fund") A sub-fund of Invesco Markets II plc (the "Umbrella Fund") Acc (ISIN: IE000YNVI4W4) (the "Share Class") The Fund is managed by Invesco Investment Management Limited, part of the Invesco Group. Objectives and Investment Policy - The Fund is an actively managed Exchange-Traded Fund ("ETF"), which aims to achieve a long-term return in excess of the Benchmark (the MSCI Europe Index) by investing in an actively-managed portfolio of European equities. - To achieve the investment objective, the Fund will invest primarily in a portfolio of equity and equity-related securities, tracking stocks and depositary receipts of companies from Europe. Securities are selected based on three criteria: 1) attractiveness determined in accordance with the quantitative investment model; 2) consistency between the portfolio’s expected risk characteristics and the Fund’s investment objective; and 3) compliance with the Fund's ESG Policy. - Exclusions are applied to the initial investment universe to remove companies that are determined to have unacceptable levels of exposure to controversial business activities or engaged in very severe ESG controversies. Details of involvement, revenue thresholds and controversy scoring are further set out in the Fund's supplement. Eligible securities are then ranked based on their attractiveness with respect to three investment factors: Value (i.e. companies perceived to be ‘inexpensive’ relative to market averages), Quality (i.e. companies that demonstrate stronger balance sheets relative to sector or market averages) and Momentum (i.e. companies whose historical share price performance or earnings growth have exceeded sector or market averages). The Fund holds a sub-set of these stocks, using an optimisation process that seeks to maximise exposure to those investment factors whilst targeting a risk profile that is consistent with the Fund’s investment objective. Fund holdings are rebalanced monthly. The Fund is an Article 8 Fund (it promotes environmental and/or social characteristics) for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on sustainability‐related disclosures in the financial services sector (“SFDR"). - The Fund's shares are listed on one or more Stock Exchange(s).
