Investment Policy: The fund invests primarily in equity securities that are included in the Index. The fund attempts to replicate, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Index. The Investment Manager will seek to do this by trying to replicate the Index by holding in similar proportions the equity securities in the Index. This fund may, where direct investment in a constituent of the Index is not possible, invest in depository re ceipts to gain exposure to the security and may also invest in money market instruments, short -term instruments and other eligible funds. The Investment Manager will regularly monitor how closely the fund tracks the Index. It is expected that the level of tracking error will be 0 -2% in normal market conditions. The Fund is passively managed and has an index replicating objective. For details of the exact composition of the Index, please see the following address: https://indexes.nasdaqomx.com/Index/Overview/CELS. For more information about the investment policy, see “Investment Policy” in the Fund’s section on supplement available at www.ftglobalportfolios.com. The risk category shown is not guaranteed and may change over time. The indicator is designed to help investors understand the uncertainties for both loss and for growth that may affect their investment. The lowest category does not mean that the investment is risk free. The Fund is ranked at 7 because funds of this type have experienced high rises and falls in value in the past. The following risks are materially relevant to the Fund which may not be adequately captured by the indicator: The Fund may not achieve its investment objective and the value of shares in the Fund may fall. The Fund may be subject to Chinese investment risks, including risk related to variable interest entities (“VIEs”). In China, direct ownership of companies in certain sectors by foreign individuals and entities is prohibited, and VIE structures are put in place to allow indirect foreign investment, including an investment by the Fund. Although VIEs are a longstanding industry practice and well known to officials and regulators in China, VIEs are not formally recognized under Chinese law. Intervention by the Chinese government with respect to VIEs could cause the market value of the Fund’s associated holdings to suffer significant, and possibly permanent, effects which could negatively impact the Fund’s Net Asset Value and could result in substantial losses. Further, it is uncertain whether any new laws, rules or regulations relating to VIE structures will be adopted or, if adopted, what impact they would have on the value of a Fund’s shares. There is no assurance that the Index will continue to be calculated and published on the basis described in the Prospectus. In addition, the fund’s return may not match the return of the Index. See also the description of the risks applicable to the Fund in “Risk Factors” in the Fund's Prospectus and supplement thereto. > This document provides you with key investor information about this fund.
