Managed by WisdomTree Management Limited. # ISIN : IE00BDVPNS35 # Objectives and Investment Policy • The Fund seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses of the MS RADAR ex Agriculture & Livestock Com modity Total Return Index (the “Index”). • The Index is a US Dollar denominated index whose main objective is to provide a broad and diversified UCITS compliant commodi ty exposure, tracking the performance of a basket of commodities indices covering 3 broad commodity sectors: energy, industrial metals and precious metals. The Index gen erates exposure to each commodity (each a “Relevant Commodity”) through investment in the relevant S&P GSCI® Dynamic Roll Indices, the S&P GSCI® Platinum and P all adium indices (each an “Index Component”). • The Index is rebalanced on a quarterly basis. The energy, industrial and precious metals sectors are equally -weighted quarterly. The target weight of each Index Component is static and ranges between 1.69% and 10% depending on the long -term supply and demand characteristics of each commod ity. Those with the higher expectation to be in backwardation will receive a higher target weight. • The Fund may have an indirect exposure to an Index Component of up to 20% of its Net Asset Value. This limit may be raised to 35 % for a single Index Component when exceptional market conditions apply (such as the dominance of a particular Index Component). • The Fund will gain indirect exposure to the Index Components through the use of swaps. By entering into swap agreements with one or more banks whereby the Fund receives payments from the bank when the Index goes up and the Fund makes payments to the bank when the Index goes down. By u sin g swaps, the Fund can efficiently track the upward or downward performance of the Index. The Fund pays certain fees and expenses to the bank(s) for entering in to the swaps. The use of swaps results in the management of cash and collateral by the Fund’s investment manager. • The Fund may enter into repurchase/reverse repurchase agreements and stock lending arrangements solely for the purposes of ef fic ient portfolio management, subject to the conditions and within the limits set out in the prospectus for WisdomTree Issuer ICAV (the “Prospectus”). • Shares of the Fund (“Shares”) are listed on one or more stock exchanges.
