The Fund is passively Umbrella Franklin Templeton ICAV managed and seeks to track the performance of the FTSE Brazil 30/18 Capped Index (Net Return) (the “Index”) as Fund Base Currency USD closely as possible, regardless of whether the Index level rises or falls.
