The Fund is a sub-fund of Legal & General UCITS ETF Plc (the " Company "). Managed by LGIM Managers (Europe) Limited, a member of the Legal & General group (the " Manager ") # OBJECTIVES AND INVESTMENT POLICY The L&G Healthcare Technology & Innovation UCITS ETF (the " Fund ") is a passively managed exchange traded fund (" ETF ") that aims to track the performance of the ROBO Global® Healthcare Technology and Innovation Index TR (the " Index "), subject to the deduction of the ongoing charges and other costs associated with operating the Fund. The Fund has a sustainable investment objective as it invests in companies which (i) contribute to social objectives, (ii) do not significantly harm any environmental or social objectives, and (iii) follow good governance practices. Shares in this share class (the “ Shares ”) are denominated in USD and can be bought and sold on stock exchanges by ordinary investors using an intermediary (e.g. a stockbroker). In normal circumstances, only Authorised Participants may buy and sell Shares directly with the Company. Authorised Participants may redeem their Shares on demand in accordance with the “Dealing Timetable” published on www.lgim.com . Index. The Index is comprised of companies which are publically traded on various stock exchanges around the world that generate a proportion of their revenues from the healthcare technology industry. The industry is deemed to be comprised of the following nine sub-sectors: diagnostic, lab process automation, genomics, regenerative medicine, precision medicine, telehealth, Replication. The Fund will primarily invest in the companies contained in the Index in similar proportions to their weightings in the Index. The Fund may also invest in (1) "technology" companies that are not constituents of the Index that have similar risk and performance characteristics to the companies contained in the Index and (2) financial derivative instruments (" FDIs ") (i.e. investments the prices of which are based on the companies contained in the Index and/or such other "technology" companies). Dividend Policy. This share class does not intend to pay dividends. Constituents are weighted according to their Score.
