FR0010424143 - Currency: EUR\nManagement Company's website: www.amundi.fr\nCall +33 143233030 for more information.\nThe AMF ( Autorité des Marchés Financiers ) is responsible for supervising Amundi Asset Management in relation to this Key Information Document. Amundi Asset Management is authorised in France under number GP-04000036 and regulated by the AMF.\nKey Information Document production date: 13/12/2024.\n\n## What is this product?\n\nType: Shares of a sub-fund of MULTI UNITS FRANCE, a UCITS (Undertaking for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities), established in the form of a SICAV.\n\nTerm: The product has a duration of 99 years. The Management Company may dissolve the product by means of liquidation or merger with another product in accordance with legal requirements.\nAMF Classification ( Autorité des Marchés Financiers ): Not applicable\nObjectives: The Fund is a passively managed index-based UCITS.\nThe Fund's objective is to be inversely exposed with a daily rebalancing to the European stock market by replicating, both upwards and downwards, the performance of the EURO STOXX 50® Daily Double Short strategy index (gross dividends reinvested) (the Benchmark ), denominated in euro (EUR) and which is a short selling strategy (with a daily -2x leverage effect), with daily rebalancing, on the EURO STOXX 50® Total Return index (gross dividends reinvested) (the Parent Index ), representative of the 50 largest stocks belonging to Eurozone member countries, with daily rebalancing, while keeping the tracking error (the Tracking Error ) between the performances of the Fund and those of the Benchmark to a minimum.\nThe expected level of the Tracking Error under normal market conditions is indicated in the Fund prospectus.\nOver a period of one working day, any appreciation in the value of the Parent Index shall lead to stronger depreciation of the net asset value of the Fund, meaning that investors will therefore not benefit from the appreciation in the value of the Parent Index.\nHowever, for a period greater than one working day, due to the daily leverage readjustment conducted in the Benchmark, the performance of the Fund will not be equal to double the inverse of the performance of the Parent Index and may even follow an identical (i.e. not inverse) development.\nThe STOXX website (www.stoxx.com) provides more detailed information about STOXX indices.\nThe Fund aims to achieve its objective by means of indirect replication, namely by entering into one or more OTC swaps (forward financial instruments, FFIs ).\nThe Fund may invest in a diversified portfolio of international shares whose performance will be exchanged against that of the Benchmark through FFIs. The updated composition of the portfolio of securities held by the Fund is mentioned on the website amundiett.com.\nIn addition, the indicative net asset value appears on the Fund's Reuters and Bloomberg pages and may also be mentioned on the Fund's stock exchange websites.\nIntended retail investors: This product is intended for investors with an average amount of knowledge and some experience of investing in funds who are able to bear a loss of up to the full amount invested.\nThe product is not open to residents of the United States of America/ U.S. Person (the definition of U.S. Person is available on the Management Company's website www.amundi.com and/or in the prospectus).\nRedemption and transaction: The Sub-fund's shares are listed and traded on one or more stock exchanges.
