The investment objective of the Fund is to track the upward and the downward evolution of the STOXX® Europe 600 Basic Resources Net Total Return index (net dividends reinvested) (the "Index") denominated in Euros and representative of the performance of large European companies in the basic resources sector while minimizing the volatility of the difference between the return of the Fund and the return of the Index (the "Tracking Error"). The Fund seeks to achieve its objective via indirect replication by entering into an over-the-counter swap contract (financial derivative instrument, the FDI").
