Type: Shares in a Sub-fund of Amundi, an undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS), established as an investment fund. Term: The Sub-fund has an unlimited term. We are entitled to terminate the management of the Fund, subject to a notice period of at least six months, via an announcement in the Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger) and also in the annual or semi-annual report. We may suspend the redemption of units if exceptional circumstances so require, taking into account the interests of investors. Objectives: The Sub-fund is a passively managed index-tracking UCITS. The Sub-fund replicates the DAX 50 ESG+ Net Return EUR (net performance index) (ISIN DE000A3DSHU1) (the "Index" of this Sub-fund) as a benchmark and pursues the investment objective of providing investors with a return that tracks the performance of the DAX 50 ESG+. This Sub-fund promotes environmental and/or social characteristics as defined by Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability‐related disclosures in the financial services sector. The index calculated by STOXX Ltd replicates the performance of the 50 companies with the highest ESG rating selected from the 75 largest companies by free float market capitalisation of the HDAX index, using ESG exclusion filters and rating methods from the ESG division of the data provider International Shareholder Services Inc. ("ISS ESG") and taking into account the exclusions specified in Article 12(1) a) to g) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/1818, as amended. Companies that do not meet specific criteria related to tobacco products, thermal coal, development of thermal coal mining, thermal coal-fired power generation and its development, fossil fuels, oil sand, Arctic oil and gas exploration, hydraulic fracking, nuclear energy services, production of nuclear power stations, nuclear energy – uranium, civil firearms and military equipment, will be excluded. From the remaining companies, the 50 with the best ESG result are included in the index. If fewer than 50 companies meet the criteria for inclusion, no additional companies will be included and the index will consist of fewer than 50 companies. If the ESG result for two companies is the same, the larger company in terms of its free float market capitalisation will be selected. With regard to nuclear energy and natural gas, the management company may, in the context of the index to be tracked, acquire assets of issuers or portfolio companies that generate their revenues through activities related to the production of energy or other uses of nuclear energy and natural gas and the extraction of uranium or natural gas. Details can be found in the prospectus in the Special section, under "Description of the underlying index of the Sub-fund". Reweighting takes place quarterly. Reweighting operations have an impact on the costs to be paid by the Sub-fund and thus on the performance of the Sub-fund. A tracking error of up to 1% can be expected when linking to the performance of the Index. Information about the index is available online at https://stoxx.com/index/daxesgpn/. In compliance with the investment policy and investment limits described in the investment conditions and prospectus, the Sub-fund shall endeavour to achieve the investment objective by acquiring all (or, exceptionally, a significant number of) parts of the Index in the same proportion as the Index (as determined by the investment manager). Fully replicating ETFs may not hold every part or the exact weighting of a part in the benchmark. Instead, they may seek exposure to a benchmark through the use of optimisation techniques (so-called sampling) and/or investments in securities that are not part of a benchmark. Securities loan transactions and repurchase agreements may not be concluded. The Sub-fund may invest a maximum of 10% of its assets in shares of other domestic or foreign UCITS or CIUs. The use of derivative financial instruments is possible only in special situations in the interest of investors. The value of derivative financial instruments may not exceed 10% of the Sub- fund. At least 92 percent of the value of the UCITS special assets is invested in equity investments as defined by § 2 (8) Investment Tax Act. Intended retail investors: This product is intended for investors who have basic knowledge and no or limited experience of investing in funds and who are able to absorb losses up to the investment amount.
