Type : This Investment Fund is a sub -Fund of Legal & General UCITS ETF Plc (the " Company "), an umbrella investment company with variable capital and segregated liability between Funds. The Fund is authorised in Ireland and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. Term : There is no fixed maturity date. Objective : The Fund is a passively managed exchange traded Fund that aims to provide multifactor exposure across global equity markets by tracking the performance of the WTW Global Equity Diversified Index on MSCI ACWI* (a custom index built by MSCI on criteria provided by WTW) (the "Index"), subject to the deduction of the ongoing charges and other costs associated with operating the Fund. The Fund promotes a range of environmental and social characteristics which are met by tracking the Index. Shares in this Share Class (the “Shares ”) are denominated in EUR and can be bought and sold on stock exchanges by ordinary investors using an intermediary (e.g. a stockbroker). In normal circumstances, only Authorised Participants may buy and sell Shares directly wit h the Comp any. The Index seeks to provide higher exposure to a custom multifactor score compared to MSCI ACWI (the ‘Parent Index’) across both developed and emerging markets. The custom multifactor score is comprised of value, quality and momentum factors. The Index excludes companies that are involved in business activities including controversial weapons, tobacco, thermal coal mining, thermal coal -based power generation and oil sands extraction and companies that do not meet the Index Provider minimum ESG controversy score and other minimum requirements. The weights of the constituents in the Index are an outcome of the optimisation process. The Index is rebalanced on a quarterly basis. The Fund will primarily invest directly in the securities represented in the Index in similar proportions to their weightings in the Index. The Fund may also invest in (1) companies that are not constituents of the Index that have similar risk and performance characteristics to the companies contained in the Index and (2) financial derivative instruments ("FDIs") (i.e. investments the prices of which are based on t he companies contained in the Index and/or such other companies).
