Type: This investment fund is a sub-Fund of Legal & General UCITS ETF Plc (the "Company"), an umbrella investment company with variable capital and segregated liability between Funds. The Fund is authorised in Ireland and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. Term: There is no fixed maturity date. Objectives: The Fund is a passively managed exchange traded Fund that aims to track the performance of the S&P 100 Equal Weight Index Net Total Return (the "Index"), subject to the deduction of the ongoing charges and other costs associated with operating the Fund. Shares in this Share Class (the "Shares") are denominated in USD and can be bought and sold on stock exchanges by ordinary investors using an intermediary (e.g. a stockbroker). In normal circumstances, only Authorised Participants may buy and sell Shares directly with the Company. Authorised Participants may redeem their Shares on demand in accordance with the "Dealing Timetable" published on http://www.lgim.com. The Index is designed to measure the performance of large cap companies in the US market with each security being equally weighted. The Index has the same constituents as the capitalization weighted S&P 100 which is a subset of the S&P 500 and comprises 100 major blue-chip companies across multiple industry groups, providing a broad representation of the largest and most established companies in the US. The Fund will primarily invest directly in the securities represented in the Index in similar proportions to their weightings in the Index. The Fund may also invest in (1) companies that are not constituents of the Index that have similar risk and performance characteristics to the companies contained in the Index and (2) financial derivatives instruments ("FDIs") (i.e. investments the prices of which are based on the companies contained in the index and/or such other companies).
