Product Type: The Fund is an actively managed Undertakings for Collective Investments in Transferable Securities (UCITS) ETF under Irish law in the form of a sub-fund of an Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicle (ICAV). Maturity: This product has no specific maturity date. However, this product may be dissolved or merged, in which case you will be informed by any appropriate means provided for by the regulations. Objectives: The objective of the Fund is to deliver the net total returns of a selection of US equities which are part of the Shiller Barclays CAPE® US Sector Value Net TR Index (the “Investment Universe”), while taking into account ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) criteria and improving carbon performance. The Index is sponsored by Barclays Bank plc. The Index is published and calculated by Bloomberg Index Service Limited. Investment Policy: The Fund's investment universe consists exclusively of US equities included in the Shiller Barclays CAPE US Sector Value Net TR index. The Management Company's quantitative model uses a rules-based, thematic approach to evaluate the securities in the Investment Universe on the basis of ethical criteria and greenhouse gas contributions. The Management Company determines the weightings of eligible stocks in the Investment Universe according to an optimization procedure designed to minimize the ex-ante tracking error in relation to the Investment Universe, subject to constraints, notably the achievement of total GHG emissions, GHG impact and potential GHG emissions from reserves that are 40% lower than those of the Investment Universe. Under certain market conditions, optimization in conjunction with compliance with all constraints may prove impossible. In such circumstances, the Management Company may proportionally reduce some of these constraints. Intended Investors: Investors who understand the Fund's risks and plan to invest for the long term (minimum 5 years). The product is a co-ownership of financial instruments and deposits separate from the portfolio management company.
