For more information on this product, please refer to www.ssga.com Accurate as of: 18 February 2026 # What is this product? ## Type This Fund is an open-ended public limited company (société anonyme) with variable capital (société d'investissement à capital variable or SICAV) which was incorporated in Luxembourg on 22 September 2008 under registration number B141.816 and is authorised by the CSSF as a UCITS. ## Term The Company is an open-ended public limited company incorporated for an unlimited period. However, it may be dissolved at any time by a resolution passed at a general meeting of Shareholders adopted in compliance with applicable laws. This Fund has no maturity date. However, it may be terminated and liquidated by the decision of the Board under specific conditions set forth in the Prospectus. ## Objectives Investment objective The objective of the Fund is to provide a return in excess of the performance of Eurozone equity markets. Investment policies The investment policy of the Fund is to outperform the MSCI EMU Index (or any other index determined by the Directors from time to time to track substantially the same market as the Index) over the medium and long term. The Fund promotes environmental or social characteristics in accordance with SFDR Article 8. These environmental and social characteristics are detailed in the SFDR Annex of the Fund's Supplement. The Investment Manager applies a negative and norms-based screen to the Fund to screen out securities based on an assessment of their adherence to ESG criteria including securities of companies identified as being non-compliant with UNGC Principles (relating to environmental protection, human rights, labour standards, anticorruption) and securities of companies associated with Severe ESG Controversies, controversial weapons, civilian firearms, tobacco, thermal coal, arctic oil & gas exploration, and oil sands extraction. By applying the relevant negative and norms-based screen, the Investment Manager deems the Fund's sustainable investments not to cause significant harm to any environmental or social sustainable investment objective.The Investment Manager, on behalf of the Fund, will invest actively using the Quantitative Equity Strategy as further described in the ""Investment Strategies"" section of the Prospectus and also employs a negative and norms-based ESG screen prior to the construction of the portfolio of the Fund and on an ongoing basis, as further described in the ""ESG Screening"" subsection of the ""ESG Investing"" section of the Prospectus. The securities in the portfolio are selected primarily from the securities in the index. The Fund may invest in or gain exposure to securities registered in or trading in markets other than those included in the index. The investment strategy uses defined risk parameters that mean the fund's weighting to countries, sectors and securities relative to the respective index will be limited. This is likely to limit the extent to which the Fund can outperform the MSCI EMU Index.
