The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (“CSSF”) is responsible for supervising the Product and BNPP AM Luxembourg. Date of production of the KID: 30/06/2026 # WHAT IS THIS PRODUCT? Type This Product is an undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) qualifying as an exchange-traded fund (ETF). It is a sub-fund of BNP PARIBAS EASY, an open-ended investment company (société d’investissement à capital variable “SICAV”) governed by the provisions of Part I of the Luxembourg Law of 17 December 2010 (the “2010 Law”) relating to undertakings for collective investment as well as by UCITS Directive 2009/65. Term This Product has no maturity date. BNPP AM Luxembourg is not entitled to terminate the Product unilaterally. The board of directors of the SICAV has the authority to decide on the merger, split, liquidation or the closure of the sub-fund. Furthermore, the SICAV may be wound up by decision of an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders. Objectives The Product is passively managed. The Product seeks to replicate (with a maximum tracking error* of 1%) the performance of the Bloomberg MSCI Global Aggregate ex Fossil Fuel SRI Select (NTR) Index* (Bloomberg: I38657US Index), (the Index ) by investing in the debt securities (fixed-rate, investment-grade debt, multi-currency -denominated bonds issued by government entities and companies included in the Index, respecting the Index's weightings (full replication), or in a sample of debt securities (fixed-rate, investment-grade debt, multi-currency-denominated bonds) issued by government entities and companies included in the Index (optimised replication). When investing in a sample of debt securities, the product’s tracking error may be higher. The Index is a fixed-rate, investment-grade bond index. The objective of the Index is to provide investors with exposure to global, multi currency investment-grade debt. As a first step, the Index selects investment grade government and corporate bonds from the investment universe (Bloomberg Global Aggregate Index) based on minimum amount outstanding criteria. The Index then excludes bonds belonging to the controversial sectors as defined by Bloomberg MSCI SRI screen (such as Tobacco, Civilian Firearms, Military Weapons, Genetically Modified organisms (GMO), fossil fuels). A minimum of 20% of the total number of issuers from the eligible universe must be excluded (“selectivity approach”), through further exclusions based on the MSCI ESG rating or controversies scores if necessary. As a result, companies involved in sectors with a potentially high negative ESG impact, those subject to significant violations of the UN Global Compact principles and those involved in severe ESG-related controversies are excluded from the Index. All Bloomberg MSCI SRI indices use company ratings and research provided by MSCI ESG Research to determine the eligibility of securities for the Index. The ESG analysis is carried out on all the constituents composing the Index. It cannot be guaranteed that all constituents will comply with the ESG criteria set out herein at all times. For example, between two Index rebalancing dates as set out above, if a constituent no longer complied with the extra-financial criteria applied in constructing the Index, that constituent may not be excluded until the next Index rebalancing date, following the Index provider rules. The Index is a Total Return index (calculated with gross coupons reinvested). Total Costs as defined below are preferential for the launch of the Product and will be applicable for a period of 12 months from the date of the launch of the Product. Performance Scenarios have been calculated taking into account these preferential costs. *The tracking error is a risk indicator that measures how closely a fund tracks the performance of its index. Incomes are systematically reinvested. Investors are able to redeem on a daily basis (on Luxembourg bank business days) as described in the prospectus. Intended retail investors This Product is designed for investors who have neither financial expertise nor any specific knowledge to understand the Product but nevertheless may bear a total capital loss. The SICAV is incorporated as a separate entity distinct from BNPP AM Luxembourg. In the event BNPP AM Luxembourg would default, the assets of the Product/SICAV, held by a depositary, would not be affected by this default. In case of default of the depositary, the risk of financial loss of the Product/SICAV is mitigated by the legal segregation of the assets of the depositary from those of the Product/SICAV. # WHAT ARE THE COSTS?
