The fund is passively managed with physical replication and tracks the Solactive Equileap Global Gender Equality 100 Leaders Net Total Return hedged to EUR Index. Derivatives are used for currency hedging. Derivatives may be used for reducing risk, reducing costs or generating additional capital or income. The fund will not enter into any securities lending. The index does have some element of complexity. The underlying index is designed to generate exposure to the equity market performance of developed market companies which have a high gender diversity score while avoiding those with a low gender diversity score. This focus on companies with a high gender diversity score excludes at least 20% of the least well-rated securities as against the standard index universe. . While UCITS ETFs are generally presumed non-complex, the currency hedging may be flagged as complex by regulators even for EPM, due to counterparty risk. However, the hedging is designed to reduce the impact of currency fluctuations, it is not part of a fund strategy to generate synthetic returns."
