"supporting_data": "The WisdomTree EURO STOXX Banks 3x Daily Leveraged ETP is classified as complex. It provides leveraged exposure (3x) to the EURO STOXX Banks Net Return Index. This use of leverage through a complex structure which introduces compounding effects and the need to adjust for fees and costs in achieving this leveraged return. As a result there are elements of complexity which are introduced that the average retail investor may not be able to understand. The underlying replication method is not detailed, the ETP uses the daily performance of the index which can be easily manipulated by a very short amount of market volatility which the investor may be unable to understand leading to a misinterpretation of risk. This also introduces risk which the average investor may not be able to understand. It is an ETP not an ETF, the daily reset introduces the potential for large variances in a short space of time, making it hard to understand. The KID document notes the product may be difficult to understand and the risk indicator is the highest possible at 7/7."
